OLYMPIC LIFTING

Olympic Lifting, also known as Weightlifting, is a dynamic sport that revolves around lifting a barbell in specific, well-defined movements. The discipline emphasizes a combination of strength, speed, and precise technique. Training encompasses a range of exercises, drills, and progressive weight increases to enhance power, flexibility, and overall lifting proficiency.

HIIT

* Group classes

HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, involves alternating between brief, intense bursts of activity to elevate your heart rate followed by periods of lower-intensity exercise or rest. HIIT is renowned for its effectiveness in burning calories, enhancing cardiovascular health, and aiding in fat loss.

BOXFIT

* Group classes

BoxFit combines high-intensity interval training with boxing-inspired workouts, emphasizing cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and agility. It provides a full-body workout to improve fitness, endurance, coordination, and strength, excluding the competitive aspects of boxing like sparring or bouts.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training, consists of individualized one-on-one training with a tailored program designed to meet your specific goals. Whether you aim to get leaner, build muscle, or increase strength, we assess your objectives and collaborate closely with you to achieve them.

SPORT-SPECIFIC

* Individual / Group

Sport-Specific Training involves a mix of strength, speed, endurance, and agility exercises tailored to the demands of specific sport types.  Each sport type requires a targeted training regimen that hones skills, addresses specific muscle groups, and enhances overall fitness to excel in the particular demands of the sport.

IN-BODY SCAN

* Individual Session

An In-Body scan is a non-invasive body composition analysis that provides detailed information about muscle mass, body fat percentage, and overall water content. It uses bioelectrical impedance to measure the electrical resistance of different tissues, helping individuals understand their body composition and track changes over time.
